One record, different units
Three invented examples reconcile cash-game results. Compare the inputs, then check the units below. These are exact calculations of completed records, not estimates of skill or future income.
1. Sequential play at two stakes
The normalized result is positive while dollars are negative. Convert dollars to big blinds within each stake before adding. The sessions run consecutively for six hours.

2. Separate control: both rows at a one-dollar big blind
This is a different constructed record. Keeping the big-blind results but changing both stakes to a $1 big blind changes the cash results to +$100 and −$40. One fixed blind now connects bb/hour to dollars/hour.

3. Two tables during the same hour
Both tables run during the same 60 minutes. Add their hands and results; count the shared clock interval once. Two table-hours describe table occupancy, not two elapsed hours for the player.
