How to Delete Your Account

If Felted shows a signed-in account in Settings, you can request permanent account deletion directly from the App:

  1. Open Felted: Texas Hold'em Poker on your device.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion.

Keep the App open until it confirms completion. If you signed in with Apple, Felted may ask you to authenticate with Apple again so the sign-in authorization can be revoked.

Guest and Local Data

If you only play offline as a guest, you may not have a server account to delete. Remove purely local guest data by deleting the App and its device data, or by clearing the App's storage where your platform provides that control. Copies in a device backup are controlled by you and your platform provider.

What Data Gets Deleted

When account deletion completes, Felted deletes or disconnects data associated with your Firebase identity, including:

  • your Firebase authentication identity and Felted profile;
  • cloud backups, chip balance, campaign progress, gameplay statistics, achievements, and preferences stored by Felted, plus individual hand histories and progress stored locally on that device;
  • private-table membership and private per-player hand data;
  • referral records and abuse-prevention records tied directly to your account;
  • questions you asked the in-app AI coach and the coach's usage counters stored with your account;
  • restricted bug-report records and uploaded screenshots associated with your account; and
  • the Felted customer profile held through our purchase-management provider, where available.

Data That May Remain

Deletion does not erase transaction records held independently by Apple or Google. We may retain limited purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain.

If a support report created a sanitized development issue, that issue may remain without your contact details or screenshots so we can track and fix the defect. Data may also remain temporarily in encrypted backups or provider caches until their normal rotation completes.

Can I Recover My Account?

No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchased or earned chips are not transferable and cannot be restored after deletion, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
