OmahaCalc

Last Updated: 7 September 2026

Welcome to OmahaCalc ("the App"). This Privacy Policy outlines how GTO Solutions AS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Usage Data

We collect usage and diagnostic data to operate and improve the App, such as:

  • Which features are used most frequently
  • App crashes and error reports
  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version and app-instance or device identifiers used by our service providers

1.2 Local Data

The App stores data locally on your device, including:

  • Hand ranking data for offline access
  • Search history and preferences
  • App settings

Hand ranking databases, saved calculation setups and settings are stored locally. Usage events and diagnostic reports are handled separately by the services described below.

1.3 Purchases, advertising measurement and support

Where purchases are available, RevenueCat and the platform store process purchase and entitlement information. Meta/Facebook App Events receives app interaction and purchase events for advertising measurement. On iOS, advertising identifier collection follows your App Tracking Transparency choice. If you submit a bug report, we receive your message, optional email address and images, and technical device and app information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • App Functionality: To provide hand ranking lookups and search features.
  • App Improvement: To identify and fix bugs through crash reporting.
  • Analytics: To understand how the App is used and improve the experience.

We also use app events to measure advertising effectiveness. On iOS, you can change tracking permission in system settings; refusing tracking does not prevent access to the app or purchases.

3. Sharing Your Information

The app uses the following providers for functionality, diagnostics, analytics and advertising measurement:

  • Firebase (Google): For crash reporting, diagnostics, usage analytics and support-report processing.
  • RevenueCat and the platform store: For purchases, subscription status and entitlements.
  • Meta: For app-event and purchase measurement, subject to platform tracking permissions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Hand ranking data and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Usage, purchase, diagnostic and support data is processed by the providers and support systems described above. App-instance and device identifiers can make these records distinguishable; they should not be assumed to be anonymous.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Local Data: You can clear all local data at any time by uninstalling the App.
  • Tracking Permission: On iOS, manage OmahaCalc’s tracking permission in Settings. This controls advertising tracking permission, not all operational analytics or crash reports.
  • Support: Contact us at info@gtogecko.com for questions or requests about data processed by our services. Avoid including sensitive information in bug reports or screenshots.

6. Retention of Data

Local data is stored on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Removing the app does not automatically remove diagnostic, purchase or support records held by service providers. Contact us for requests concerning these records; store purchase records are also managed by the relevant platform store.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
