Welcome to Player Type Trainer ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by GTO Solutions AS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Player Type Trainer is a poker training app designed to help players learn to identify and exploit different player types (Fish, Nit, Maniac, GTO) using pre-computed GTO solver data. The App features training scenarios with ELO-based progression, leaderboard rankings, and detailed statistics. The App is for educational purposes only and does not involve real-money gambling.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Use of the App

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4.2 License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 Account Registration

The App requires you to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Solver Data and Training Content

The App uses pre-computed GTO solver data to generate training scenarios. This data is provided for educational purposes only. While based on mathematically optimal strategies, results in actual poker games may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the training provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to software, solver data, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of GTO Solutions AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Extract or attempt to extract GTO solver data or algorithms.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings through exploits or fraudulent activity.
• Share your account credentials with others.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Professional Advice

The App provides information intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not intended to provide professional poker advice or guarantee any results in real poker games. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8.2 No Real-Money Gambling

The App is a training and educational tool only. It does not facilitate or encourage real-money gambling.

8.3 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content, solver data, or training scenarios.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GTO Solutions AS, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTO Solutions AS and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
