Terms of Use

Welcome to PLO Poker Trainer ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by GTO Solutions AS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

PLO Poker Trainer is a Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) poker solver and training application designed to help users improve their poker strategy through GTO (Game Theory Optimal) analysis and training exercises.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Use of the App

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4.2 License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 Account Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Features

The App may offer premium features through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to software, algorithms, solver calculations, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of GTO Solutions AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Extract or attempt to extract solver algorithms or proprietary calculations.
• Share, distribute, or resell App content or solver results commercially.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Share your account credentials with others.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Professional Advice

The App provides information intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not intended to provide professional poker advice or guarantee any results in real poker games. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8.2 No Gambling

The App is a training and educational tool only. It does not facilitate or encourage real-money gambling. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding online poker and gambling in their jurisdiction.

8.3 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or solver calculations.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GTO Solutions AS, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to any losses incurred while playing poker.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTO Solutions AS and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such efforts fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bergen, Norway.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
