Delete Data

No Account Required

Short Deck Poker Tools does not require account creation or login. There is no user account to delete. However, you can request deletion of any diagnostic or crash data associated with your device.

Data We May Have

Depending on your usage, the following data may exist on our servers:

• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — device model, OS version, app version, and stack traces. Automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Diagnostic logs (Firebase Realtime Database) — anonymous error and loading reports. Retained up to 12 months.
• Bug reports (GitHub) — issue description, device info, and optionally your email and screenshots, if you submitted a bug report through the app.

Deleting Local Data

Preferences such as experience level, focus areas, and display settings are stored only on your device. To delete this data:

• iOS: Delete the app from your device. All local data is removed automatically.
• Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Short Deck Poker Tools > Storage > Clear Data, or simply uninstall the app.

Request Server Data Deletion

To request deletion of any server-side data associated with your device, send an email to:

Please include:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Short Deck Poker Tools"
• Your device model and operating system version (helps us locate relevant data)
• If you submitted a bug report: the email address you used

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

What Happens After Deletion

• Crash reports and diagnostic logs associated with your device identifiers will be permanently deleted from our Firebase services.
• Bug reports you submitted will be removed from our GitHub repository.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• The App will continue to function normally, as it does not require stored server data to operate.
