How do I get more chips without paying?

Every player starts with 10,000 chips. Free options include a seven-day daily bonus that grows from 1,000 to 6,000 chips, a safety-net reload to 2,500 chips when your balance is below 1,000 (available once every four hours), low-stakes games, and earned rewards. The Chip Vault accumulates a share of pots you win, but breaking it is an optional purchase. A purchase is never required to continue playing.

Does Felted require an internet connection?

Campaign and Training run on your device and can be played offline after installation. Play with Friends, sign-in, cloud backup, purchases, remote configuration, and in-app support reports require an internet connection.

Is the card dealing fair?

Yes. Offline games use a cryptographically secure Fisher-Yates shuffle. Computer opponents receive only the information available to a player in their seat and do not see your hidden cards or future community cards. Difficulty changes decision quality, not card distribution. Online private tables are dealt by the server.

What is Play with Friends?

Play with Friends lets two to six people join a private online Texas Hold'em table using an invite code. The host selects blinds and buy-in. Felted chips remain play money and cannot be transferred, sold, or cashed out.

How does Campaign Mode work?

Campaign Mode features 10 progressively challenging Turbo Sit & Go tournaments. Each level has 6 players, 1,500 starting chips, and blinds that escalate every 6 hands. Finish in the top 2 to advance and win chips. AI opponents get smarter as you progress from Beginner to Expert.

What stats does Felted track?

Felted tracks professional-level HUD stats including VPIP, PFR, 3-Bet, C-Bet, win rate (bb/100), aggression metrics, showdown stats, position-by-position breakdown, and play style assessment.

How do I restore progress on another device?

Sign in and tap Back up now under Cloud Backup in Settings before changing devices, then use the same sign-in account and Restore control on the new device. Cloud backup covers supported profile, progression, chip, statistics, achievement, and purchase-grant data; it does not include individual hand histories. Offline guest data is stored locally and cannot be recovered after the app or device data is erased.

How do purchases and refunds work?

Apple or Google processes optional in-app purchases. A valid transaction grants the chip amount shown before checkout. Refunds must be requested through the store that handled payment; if a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related chip grant may be corrected. Purchasable chips are unavailable in Washington State and other restricted regions.

How do I delete my account or local data?

To delete a Firebase account, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Account deletion is permanent. A player who used only offline guest play may have no server account; remove that local data by deleting the app and its device data, or by clearing the app's storage where the platform provides that control. Contact support if the in-app account-deletion flow is unavailable. See the account-deletion guide for detailed steps.

Is Felted free?

The core game is free to play and has no advertising. Felted offers optional consumable chip packs, a one-time starter bundle, and a Chip Vault break. A free route to keep playing is always available.
