Do I need to create an account?

No. Short Deck Poker Tools does not require account creation or login. You can use all features immediately after downloading.

Is the app free?

The app includes free features as well as premium content available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.

How accurate are the GTO ranges?

Our preflop ranges are generated using solver technology specifically configured for Short Deck (6+ Hold'em) rules, including the modified hand rankings and 36-card deck composition. The ranges cover 24 preflop scenarios across all positions.

How does the Equity Calculator work?

The equity calculator uses full enumeration (not Monte Carlo simulation) to compute exact hand-vs-hand equity on a 36-card Short Deck board. This means results are precise, not approximations.

What is the Preflop Trainer?

The Preflop Trainer presents you with random preflop scenarios and asks you to choose the correct action based on GTO ranges. It tracks your accuracy and helps you build intuition for correct preflop play.

Are Short Deck hand rankings different from Hold'em?

Yes. In Short Deck, a flush beats a full house because flushes are harder to make with fewer cards of each suit. The Hand Rankings tool shows a side-by-side comparison so you can learn the differences.

What is the 4-Color Deck option?

The 4-Color Deck displays each suit in a distinct color, making it easier to distinguish suits at a glance. You can enable or disable this in Settings.

How do I report a bug?

Use the built-in bug report feature in Settings > Send Feedback. You can describe the issue, select a category, and optionally attach screenshots and your email for follow-up.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

How do I request data deletion?
