Poker Feud saves your career on the device you play on. Version 1.0 has no cloud sync, so installing it on another phone does not automatically bring that career with you. Taking a break, running out of play money and intentionally starting over are different jobs. Choose the matching action before you reset or delete anything.
This guide covers the English, single-player game listed on Google Play, using its current official support instructions checked on September 28, 2026. The steps below are based on documentation, not an installed-app backup or recovery test.
What Poker Feud keeps on your device
The support page identifies four kinds of saved information: bankroll, career progress, statistics and settings. It says they are stored in a local file. The same FAQ says there are no accounts or sign-in. There is therefore no documented account-sync route back to the same career on another device.
The current Google Play listing describes an offline Hold’em story against computer rivals. Your bankroll uses play money with no cash value. There are no real-money prizes or cash withdrawals.

Offline play and local saving answer different questions. Offline means the game can run without an internet connection. Local saving tells you where the career is kept. Neither is a promise that another device has a copy.
Choose the action that matches your goal
Use this guide before changing anything. It is a reading aid; it does not inspect, copy or recover an app save.
Take a break
Pause for a temporary break. Leaving the table is the action described as banking your stack.
No career reset needed for this goal.
Out of play money
The listing says Sam stakes you again when you go broke, without a penalty or timer.
Look for that path before resetting.
Move to another phone
Version 1.0 has no cloud sync. A device backup is not a guaranteed restoration.
Keep the original installation while checking support.
Start the career over
Settings → Reset progress clears saved progress; support says it cannot recover it afterwards.
Proceed only if that loss is intended.

Leaving a table is different from resetting a career
For a temporary break, the store listing says you can pause. If you want to leave the table, it separately says leaving banks your stack. That description does not establish that pausing performs the same banking action. Reset progress is a separate instruction to clear saved progress and begin the career again.
Do not use reset as a way to leave the table, or as a precaution before moving phones. This guide does not establish exactly how an unfinished hand resumes after the operating system closes the app. For that situation, preserve the installation and ask support about your device and game version.
Running out of play money does not require a reset
The Google Play description says Sam stakes you again when you go broke, without a penalty or timer. If your goal is simply to play again, that documented recovery is the relevant path. A complete career reset has a different purpose.
For example, imagine a player who reaches zero play money and wants another table session. The listing offers a re-stake for the empty bankroll. It does not list exactly which career fields survive that step, and we have not tested them. Reset progress, by contrast, expressly clears the saved career. This is a constructed decision example, not a recorded player session or a claim about the exact re-stake screen.
Before changing phones, preserve the original
Poker Feud support says its save file may be included in a device backup, depending on device settings, but it does not guarantee restoration. That is narrower than “my game is backed up,” and much narrower than “I can reinstall and recover it.”
Before changing phones, keep the old installation intact. Ask support what is supported for your device, operating system and game version. If a transfer route is available, check the actual career on the destination before deleting anything from the original device. Do not treat merely opening the game on the new phone as evidence that the old career arrived.
This article provides no tested export/import procedure. A screenshot of your bankroll or career can help you describe a problem, but it is not a restorable save file.
Reset and deletion need a deliberate choice
The official support page gives Settings → Reset progress as the way to start the career from scratch. It also says deleting the app deletes its progress, and that support cannot recover progress after a reset because the save exists only on your device.
Use that reset path only when a fresh career is your intended result and you accept losing the existing one. If you want to keep the current career, stop before confirming it. Reinstalling is not a documented recovery procedure.
For an app problem, record the device model, operating-system version, game version and the steps leading to the issue. Send those details to the address on the official support page before trying deletion as troubleshooting. Avoid including unrelated personal information in a screenshot.
Where this guide stops
It does not test a particular phone’s backup, interrupted-hand recovery, operating-system app offloading or clearing app data. The documented absence of cloud sync is for version 1.0; recheck support instructions after an update. We verified the Android store listing, not a released iOS build.
