- Tag during the session, not after. Tag on uncertainty, not on the result. A hand you were unsure about and won beats a cooler you lost.

- Convert it to a drill. If it is worth reviewing, it is worth 30 reps. Reviewing without drilling means you understood it once.

How Do You Know If Your Practice Is Working?
Track three numbers weekly, never per session: accuracy broken down by position and action, EV loss, and a difficulty-adjusted rating. Your own sense of improvement is not one of them, because it tracks recent results far more than it tracks skill.
